Nicholas graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2012. Immediately after graduation, he started out working for New York State representing the indigent. Following 3 years of success working for the state, he advanced to a position with private defense firm where he successfully made partner. Eager to push himself further, after 2 years with that firm, Nicholas decided to open the Ramcharitar Law Firm in hopes of expanding his practice to offer aggressive & diligent, yet affordable representation for Long Island and the five boroughs.

Since its formation, The Ramcharitar Law Firm has successfully represented over 500 clients across different areas of law including criminal law, family law, immigration law, and personal injury cases. Nicholas has argued and defended cases in federal, state, and international jurisdictions, including the Caribbean.
